• Cruises may be canceled if minimum passenger requirement (35 passengers) is not reached.
• Departure and return times may vary slightly.
• Hudson River Cruises reserves the right to limit the number of passengers per cruise.
• No refunds on advance purchased tickets unless cruise is canceled by Hudson River Cruises.
• No food, beverages, or alcohol may be brought onboard. Fully stocked bar and snack bar available.
• Shirts and appropriate deck shoes recommended.
• No smoking.
• No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted, but must be on a leash.
• Credit card can be used at ticket window for ticket purchase and at the bar on the boat.
